This salad is a truly a feast for the eyes with its rainbow of beautiful, natural colors. Pile the fruit in a large glass trifle bowl for a wow presentation or individual glass serving bowls (as shown here). Instructions
  1. Toss all the fruit together and set aside.
  2. In separate bowl, mix together sugar, lemon juice, orange juice and extract.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture with fruit and toss.
