Our fresh fruit salad has a light citrus and vanilla sauce that makes it a perfect ending to any meal or an ideal snack when you’re craving something sweet.

This salad is a truly a feast for the eyes with its rainbow of beautiful, natural colors. Fresh Fruit Salad - Healthy Option
Ingredients
- 2 cups red apples, with skin, core removed, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups seedless green grapes
- 1 1/4 cups seedless red grapes
- 2 cups cantaloupe balls or chunks
- 2 cups honeydew balls or chunks
- 1 1/4 cups nectarines, raw, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple, raw, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, raw, halved
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp. vanilla (clear) or almond extract
Instructions

Toss all the fruit together and set aside.

In separate bowl, mix together sugar, lemon juice, orange juice and extract.

Pour the liquid mixture with fruit and toss.
