Happy Face Pancakes with Berries
Ingredients
- 1 box frozen pancakes or make them from scratch
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced thick
- 1 banana, cut into slices
- 1/4 cup blackberries or blueberries
- 1+ tbsp. squeezable chocolate syrup
Instructions

Follow frozen pancake directions. Allow 3 pancakes per child. Put 3 on each plate. Surround them with 10 pieces of strawberries, each. With the points facing outward.

Put 2 slices of banana for the eyes, Put a blackberry (or blueberry) in the center of each to look like eyes and one for the nose. Squeeze chocolate syrup to make a mouth.
