Happy Face Pancakes with Berries
Happy face pancakes with berries are a welcoming and healthy way to greet kids at the table and make breakfast fun and delicious!
The Backstory: Happy face pancakes with berries are another healthy and fun, kid-friendly meal. Even though we think of pancakes as a breakfast food, this can be eaten any time of the day or night. Think breakfast for dinner. My grandchildren love pancakes and they also like to decorate them. So, place a bowl of mixed berries on the table and let them go crazy coming up with their own design. They could even turn this into a contest. Kids like to compete and it can stir their imagination. As a parent, good luck, if you have to judge their efforts. Better idea, join them for this meal and have some fun too. More of the Backstory after the recipe…
