Honey Mustard Glazed Fish – Healthy Option

Honey mustard glazed fish is flavorful and healthy dish that’s quick and easy to prepare during the week but impressive enough for company.

The Backstory:¬†This tangy and delicious honey mustard glazed fish is fabulous preparation for Pollock (but it works on cod, halibut or any other firm white fish) and is a terrific way to up your fish intake (and with it your omega-3 fatty acids) while enjoying a terrific dinner that will take you less than 30 minutes to prepare and cook. That’s my kind of cooking! The fish gets its zip from a tasty sauce that uses ingredients you likely have in your refrigerator and takes just minutes to make. Add some brown rice and a tossed salad, and you’ve got a perfect weeknight meal.¬† More of the Backstory after the recipe
