Honey mustard glazed fish is flavorful and healthy dish that’s quick and easy to prepare during the week but impressive enough for company.
The Backstory: This tangy and delicious honey mustard glazed fish is fabulous preparation for Pollock (but it works on cod, halibut or any other firm white fish) and is a terrific way to up your fish intake (and with it your omega-3 fatty acids) while enjoying a terrific dinner that will take you less than 30 minutes to prepare and cook. Honey Mustard Glazed Fish - Healthy Option
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup regular mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp garlic, raw, minced
- 1 3/4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 5 oz. pieces fresh, raw Pollock
- 1 tsp. fresh chopped chives
Instructions

Mix first six ingredients together in bowl.

Place fish in a non-stick pan and spoon sauce over fish.

Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until fish is cooked (reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 F degrees for 15 seconds).

Garnish with chopped chives.
