Fresh Fruit Smoothie - Healthy Option
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized banana (about 4 oz)
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup instant skim milk powder
- 1 medium orange (about 5 oz), peeled, chopped
- 1/2 cup raw pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, unthawed (about 4 oz)
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth.
