Orange cinnamon sweet potatoes are sweet, filling, and packed with heart-healthy nutrients. They’re also one of the easiest sides to make!

Aside from the fact that sweet potatoes are packed with vitamins (A and C) and are an excellent source of fiber (this makes me so happy!), they simply taste terrific and let’s face it: all of us want our foods to be scrumptious and healthy. Orange Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. canola oil
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 pounds raw sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks (approximately 5-6 cups)
Instructions

Mix all ingredients (except for sweet potatoes) in a large bowl until blended.

Toss in sweet potatoes until coated.

Place potatoes onto non-stick baking sheet (or pan sprayed with non-stick spray) in single layer.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Place under the broiler for the last few minutes of cooking, until desired crispiness is reached.
