Your favorite holiday meal, only lighter and a healthier (but just as juicy!)
The Backstory: Who doesn’t love a moist, tender brisket at the holidays? No one, I know! Well now you can have your delicious brisket and not feel guilty about it! My delicious recipe offers up all the goodness that Bubbe used to serve but with less saturated fat and sugar. One thing I do know: you will not compromise on taste when you make this recipe and serve it to your family and friends. You will still enjoy the sweet and savory balance of flavors that a good brisket delivers and that melt-in-your-mouth taste from a tender, slow-cooked cut of meat.
