Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. soy sauce, reduced sodium
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, fresh, minced
  • 1 tbsp. minced ginger
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Cooking sherry
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
  • 2 lbs. salmon fillet, cut into 5 oz portions

Instructions

  1. Whisk first eight ingredients together for marinade. Marinate salmon for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours for added flavor.
  2. Place salmon with marinade in pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then broil for 1 minute (ensure salmon reaches a minimal internal temperature of 145 degrees for 15 seconds).
  3. Drizzle each portion with 1 tbsp. cooked marinade sauce.
