Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized banana (about 4 oz)
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup instant skim milk powder
  • 1 medium orange (about 5 oz), peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raw pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 3/4 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, unthawed (about 4 oz)
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth.
