4-6cupsKosher cooked chicken, skin removed, cut into medium size chunks
3/4+cupmayonnaise
1-2tsp.fresh lemon juice
1/2tsp.Kosher salt
1/4tsp.black pepper
2+stalks of celery, peeled and diced
Instructions
Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper together. Add the chicken, celery, salt and pepper and combine well. Refrigerate so the flavors can blend together, about 1 hour.
