Couscous and Chick-Pea Salad
This delicious and healthy salad is rich in flavor, texture, and crunch. It is a perfect side dish for chicken, fish, or meat, or served on its own as a light lunch or snack.

Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add couscous. Cover pot and remove from heat. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
