Honey Mustard Glazed Fish - Healthy Option
Light flaky white fish gets a tangy kick from a zesty honey mustard glaze and a hint of fresh chives. Serve with a salad and brown rice for the perfect weeknight dinner (that you can make in less than 30 minutes!)

5 oz. pieces fresh, raw Pollock

fresh chopped chives

Mix first six ingredients together in bowl.

Place fish in a non-stick pan and spoon sauce over fish.

Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until fish is cooked (reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 F degrees for 15 seconds).
