Honey Mustard Glazed Fish - Healthy Option

Light flaky white fish gets a tangy kick from a zesty honey mustard glaze and a hint of fresh chives. Serve with a salad and brown rice for the perfect weeknight dinner (that you can make in less than 30 minutes!)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup regular mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp garlic, raw, minced
  • 1 3/4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 6 5 oz. pieces fresh, raw Pollock
  • 1 tsp. fresh chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Mix first six ingredients together in bowl.
  2. Place fish in a non-stick pan and spoon sauce over fish.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until fish is cooked (reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 F degrees for 15 seconds).
  4. Garnish with chopped chives.
