Peach Berry Crisp - Healthy Option
This delicious fruit crisp is soft, tender, and juicy underneath a golden crust that just melts in your mouth. This is a perfect dessert to showcase seasonal fruit and berries at their peak of ripeness.
For the Crisp

For the Topping

quick-cooking oats

brown sugar

cup
all-purpose flour

tsp.
ground cinnamon

light margarine (50% reduced fat), soft/tub, zero trans fat

In a non-stick 9" x 13" baking pan, mix together the peaches, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut the margarine into the dry mixture with a knife.

Sprinkle mixture over top of fruit.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the batter is browned and the filling is very hot and bubbly. Let cool and serve.
