Spinach Cheese Bake

Spinach cheese bake is a decadent, creamy dip that’s a perfect party appetizer with crackers or pita wedges.

The Backstory: I am a cheese lover. Now pair this with spinach, mushrooms and onions, and this  becomes another favorite comfort food for me.  A friend of mine gave me this spinach cheese bake recipe and I have made it several times over the years.(I don’t recall which friend gave this to me). It can also be served as a main course, just add a salad and a drink. It is easy to make with very few ingredients. I have changed very little from the original recipe.  i hope you enjoy this as much as I did. More of the Backstory after the recipe
